Master public speaking, teamwork, and community impact

Youth Leadership & Mentorship Program

Program Details

LEARN MORE

The Youth Leadership and Mentorship Program empowers Richmond Hill high schoolers from all backgrounds to become confident community changemakers! This vibrant, year-long experience bridges the gap between personal growth and civic responsibility through a fun, structured curriculum.

Sessions alternate between interactive skill-building and hands-on application. Youth dive into public speaking, master storytelling, and participate in mock council simulations. To guide them along the way, every participant is paired with a local community leader for personalized mentorship and goal-setting.

The journey culminates in real-world impact! Teams collaborate on capstone projects to solve local issues and launch community initiatives, celebrating their growth with inspiring speeches at our final showcase event.
