YRES 2026 Summer Camp is the desired program for families looking for an enriching and affordable experience for their children!
We offer a diverse range of activities including sports, recreational arts and crafts, and S.T.E.M. for children 5-11 years old.

Guest Speaker: Firefighter
We'll have a special visit from a firefighter and learn about fire safety!
8 JULY

Tallest Tower Challenge
How tall can you build? Campers will work in teams to construct the tallest tower possible using limited materials.
14 JULY

Guest Speaker: Police
A police officer will visit camp today to talk about community safety and their role in helping people.
15 JULY

Egg Drop Challenge
Teams will design protective structures to keep an egg from breaking when dropped.
16 JULY

Capture the Flag
Campers will work together, plan strategies, and race across the field in an effort to protect their flag and capture the enemy flag!
17 JULY

Strongest Bridge Challenge
Campers will design and build bridges to test which could hold the most weight.
21 JULY

Guest Speaker: Scientist
Today a scientist wil visit our camp to share their passion for discovery and experimentation!
22 JULY

Skittles Experiment
Campers will explore colourful science using Skittles and water. They will observe patterns and reactions while learning about diffusion.
23 JULY

Team Dance Competition
Groups will choreograph their own dance routines and show them off to everyone!
24 JULY

Camp Carnival
The camp turns into a mini carnival today! Campers will enjoy games, challenges, and prizes while celebrating all the fun they’ve had this summer.
29 JULY

City Monument
Campers will explore famous city monuments and landmarks through creative learning activities, while discussing what makes monuments important for people.
4 AUGUST

Guest Speaker: Doctor
Campers will learn about the important role doctors play in keeping people healthy and helping their communities.
5 AUGUST

Class Plant Experiment
Campers will learn about how plants grow and what they need to stay healthy!
13 AUGUST

Last Day of
Camp!
Today will mark the last day of camp! We hope you and your family have had lots of fun, and look forward to seeing you next year!
