WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM?

Team Nova Spark is our structured robotics development program where students build, code, and solve problems through progressive LEGO robotics challenges.

Throughout the season, team members work together to design and program a robot capable of completing mission-based challenges. They will also investigate a real-world issue and develop an innovative solution as part of the FIRST LEGO League Innovation Project.

Through these experiences, participants strengthen their creativity, engineering knowledge, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The team will prepare to compete at an official 2026–2027 FIRST LEGO League Challenge Qualifying Tournament.

Full Season Commitment Required

This is a full-season program, with each session building on the last. Participants must register for all 12 sessions and attend consistently, as every team member contributes to competition preparation. Please review the full schedule before registering.

Team Nova Spark Jr

FIRST LEGO League Explore introduces children to real-world STEM and robotics through teamwork, research, and hands-on building challenges.

Working in teams, participants investigate the annual FIRST season theme, design and build a LEGO model, and create a team poster to showcase their ideas. Along the way, students develop creativity, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a supportive learning environment.

Students prepare to present their project at a FIRST LEGO League Explore Festival, where teams celebrate their learning and share their creations with the community.
