This weekend, YRES had the wonderful opportunity to support the annual Santa Parade, and what an unforgettable experience it was! With festive music, cheerful families, and holiday magic filling the streets, the event brought our community together in the most joyful way.

At the heart of this celebration were our 14 incredible YRES volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to ensuring everything ran smoothly. From handing out small gifts to walking the parade route, each volunteer played a meaningful role in spreading cheer throughout the day. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, and kindness truly lit up the event — even in the chilly weather!

We also want to extend a warm thank you to the City of Markham for hosting such a vibrant and well-organized parade. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of an event that brings so much joy to the community.
